What are your thoughts on Apple's latest iPad? I bought one on launch day and i'm loving it. I just got myself an iHome alarm clock & docking station and i'm enjoying it quite a bit. I use it pretty much every day to check emails, do some light web browsing and play games and such. It's definitely worth the investment. I was going to replace my old macbook with a new one but I decided to just get a new iPad since I had the very first generation of iPad to be released and it was time to get a new one. With that said, what are your thoughts on iPads? Do you feel it's the best tablet choice? Why or why not? :) If you have another type of tablet, which one do you prefer and use? :)

If I was going to get a tablet I'd probably definitely get an iPad for sure. Honestly I'm perfectly fine and satisfied with my current old desktop + monitor set up but if I ever needed something more mobile I'd look into it. Is your iPad air any different to the regular iPads apart from it just being a bit thinner?

I'm not sure if I would get it because I don't see there is a huge update from IPad 4. The only thing that many people would want to buy the IPad Air is because it is thinner than any of the previous IPads. I don't see much of a difference in terms of hardware and software, which I consider the most important factors when buying an IPad.

I agree with you there, but I wasn't upgrading from an iPad 4, i was upgrading from the first generation iPad, the very first iPad, so it was a welcomed upgrade to me. :)

The internals are a little better depending on what iPad you currently have.
