all i did was put a toolbar that has a folder location of 'my computer'

not to difficult. and it saves alot of clicking :jig

its a beta... ( cant you read on the bottom right of the pic? lol )

and its not a vista-only thing... if you right-click on the start bar, and then highlight toolbars - it will show a list, and you click on new toolbar... and then you point it to a folder, of which, mine points to the folder of my computer...
