I’ve read the first two books in the series, so I hope the directors will stay true to that… but like we’ve seen with Twilight and the other horrible movie adaptations out there, we can’t get our hopes up. =\

Haven't seen Twilight. Not a big novel reader. But Brendon Fraser seems to do well with these science fiction fantasy flicks.

i haven't seen twilight yet as i heard it was just a bunch of screaming people...but i did start reading the first of the inkheart books to my son years ago and we couldn't get into it...it was a very slow starting book so i can only hope the movie will start much quicker or as with the book, we'll not finish it.

brendon fraser adds to the disappointment for me as i don't care for his over acting and bad acting. plus he is unpleasant to look at.
