This company is complete bullshit. I went in to get a new phone. They have this "new when you want it phone".

Problem is that they don't tell you that you have to sign a new contract when you do. (that's fine, mine is up anyway)

But they also don't tell you that they'll charge you a 20 dollar network switching fee (I don't get it, I am already on their network?)

10 dollar fee for this, plus the cost of the new phone, more money to sign the contract, plus money to activate the phone on your old number.

What the fuck? I realize that most of this will happen with any cell carrier, but don't run promo's like 'new when you want it' and charge someone two months worth of their bill at once when doing it.

If I switched to a nationwide plan I'd pay the FULL balance for my current plan, PLUS the FULL balance for the new plan I go to right now. 110 bucks? BULLSHIT. I can do it online for free?

If you live in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin or Kentucky - DON'T GET CENTENNIAL WIRELESS.

After that fucking roaming charge bullcrap (two years ago he said roaming was going away) which doubled my monthly bill after just one week of roaming - SCREW them.

I'm going to Verizon on the 17th to switch to them. The guy I went and saw wouldn't stop for a second to let me ask a question. we got this phone.. but we're getting these phones, yada yada yada. Kept wandering around. I think I got 4 words in in the entire conversation. If you're going to be that pushy then F you. His business card is getting burnt. I tried to ask him a question about the 20 dollar charge and he just said "Yes, that's right". No explanation what so ever.

Last time i went to a verizon store they talked at a normal pace and didn't push me into anything.
