In a way I agree that the world would be a better place with fewer people in it ,....but be careful what you wish for ....one of them may be you

Nothing says I'm better than angry people who torture animals than name calling and wishes of death! :p

I don't understand why some people get so upset when someone burns a Quran or Bible. So they don't like your book. Big deal. Now if it was an all out book burning where they were trying to burn every copy in existence then I could understand the concern.

Don't misunderstand, I support tolerance 100 percent. But tolerance means you don't burn their copy. What you do with your copy is no one's business but yours.

Nor I, but then again I'm not religious...I think some people really feel their holy text or holy....shit :24: is an extension of themselves, their culture, and their creator. It's serious business for some.

To the point that some people will kill "in the name of their God" and actually believe their God needs them to do so.

I understand that violence begets violence.

Some books were burned by accident and now people have to die over it?

If I'm going to neutralized someone, it's because I want or have to, not because the God I believe in needs me to do so.

The act of terroristic tactics should be expected when fighting a guerrilla war, no matter what side of the fence you're on.

Killing others because you're pissed off some books were burned is something else.

Perhaps you really have to hand it to the Taliban for their motivational techniques. Then again, perhaps if the current Afghan government wasn't so corrupt and apparently so inept, it would never of gotten to this point because people would of had better things to worry about.

If someone comes up to me and asks what my religious beliefs are, I tell them that I'd rather not say. It's personal, and they don't need to know.
