My friend's mom, in the simplest terms possible, stated that men can get PREGNANT. Apparently, she says doctors can implant a womb into the male body, and in effect, the male can become pregnant, and then give birth. But I see some flaws.

1- It's not just the womb that causes pregnancy
2- Girls don't have a penis to impregnate us
3- Even if they did, where would they put it?
4- Where would the child come out of?

She even says, "You don't wanna know where it comes out of". Again, bullshit. If a baby came out of...well, either two of a man's hole, we'd die of pain!

Seriously, this lady is pretty old, but tell me. Is she full of it, or what?

By the way, I put this in debate since it may turn into that, but feel free to move it mods

Yes it is possible. They do not need to implant a womb either. A fertilized egg can attach to the abdominal wall. It has been successfully done in certain monkeys. It's been a while since I wrote my paper on it, but it isn't a hoax.
