Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich thrown out of office - Yahoo! News

So, today (Thursday the 29th), they ousted the governor out of office and of ever serving again in the state of Illinois. Even though I don't live in Illinois, but live somewhat close to Chicago and only hearing bits and pieces from driving in and back from work and some of the tv news, I still think it's a good thing for Illinois. The way he approached some of the things in his trial and then showing up the last day to just giving closing statements, I just think he made it worse for himself. I just think he was being selfish, greedy, etc. and for Illinois sake, I think they did the right thing by voting him out of offiice.

Haha, tell me about it. He still thinks he's done nothing wrong when he spoke tonight to the Senate results of voting him out of office. I mean, after all the tapes and convos taped and all. He's messed up a bit in the head, it seems to be.

He'll be on Letterman tonight (February 3). Eh, might be an interesting and awkward interview for him for us to watch.
