I was looking thru just shaking my head about how wrong it seemed then I got to the part where you put in what country you live in and there is a typo on United States they have it United Stated..

try the www.bbb.com not sure but its a good place to look prior to checking out a business.

As Haus stated, the Better Business Bureau is a good place to complain. Another thing I would suggest is bringing it up with the site's hosting company, as every last one of them has TOS which state that you are not to run a scam while on their server.
