Unlike most fishing trips I was unexcited and almost rolled over and went back to sleep instead. The whole way there things kept happening which made me almost go back home including spilling hot coffee all over my steering wheel and my lap while driving. I usually try to be on the water at first light or slightly after I was after 7:30 launching my boat. I only fished until 11:15 because I wanted to get back home for the afternoon. I caught 16 to 18 bass from a few inches long up to 4 pounds and 6 ounces because I weighed it. Undernourished bass because at 23 inches long it should have weighed a minimum of 7.5 pounds.
