At first glance, this dramatic chandelier looks ordinarily beautiful, but look closer, and you’ll be bloody surprised! The monster-sized chandelier is actually composed of hundreds of white O.B. tampons.
The tampon brand is certainly soaking up a lot of attention from exhibit viewers. As long as the fire sprinklers aren’t set off, it works as a magnificent PR stunt for O.B.​

To be fair, I think it went more like: ok, we need to make a chandelier for this scene. it will have to crash to the floor.. we might need to film that scene a couple dozen times... we could make/ get an authentic one and raise the budget of this shindig even more... or we could just make it out of something that is cheap and is not ruined after one take.... ok, tampons it is. Added bonus - actors won't get injured if the tampon chandelier falls on them, it can be easily fixed if damaged... and can eventually be reused ... if you know what I mean
