in real life.. eh, i would want a successful software company with employees who are passionate about creating masterpieces of software that do not have errors. errors are for lazy programmers. the reason is because i would not want customers of such software getting pissed off about it not working. i hate software that does not work. software needs to work good, not good enough to not be thrown into the trash can.
