I think I've come to a realization.

It's not really that I refuse to read The Bible... I just have no desire to read novels nowadays. Reading teaching/novels to myself seem to bore me. I'm just saying

Reading is fun! Read a book called Cathouse by Dean Ing. It is a cool sci-fi novel.

Try reading comics or manga instead. Where theres pictures showing the things rather than words describing the things.

I only read True Crime, or tell all books. So beyond addicted. Problem now is, I cannot find anything that will top one of my more recent reads. I doubt there is anything as disturbing and all around gritty.

A lot of people have trouble picking up the Bible and reading it. There are a lot of really modern day translations that are easy reading though. And there are study Bibles that have commentary in them to help one understand the 'time' and 'culture' and 'geographical surroundings' in order to understand the context more clearly. It is like an elephant. Take little bites at a time. Read a couple of chapters a night.
