Most doctor's offices/secretaries have on hold due to the amount of calls they have to try and take. I never visit the doctor on the basis that in previous experience I have called my Dr at 0801 when they open and not manage to get an appointment that day. If I call outpatients from work I can get seen quicker than I can at my own GP practice. What a uniform does for me sometimes :tooth

Fortunately Dana people are busy doing there jobs. Take a step back and realize being on hold is a part of our culture. It is expected. There not going to roll out the red carpet out and feed you grapes. There a business. You get mad over such trivial things. It is fustrating to read.

I had one worker at a doctor's office tell me "Maybe I can get a hold of the doctor tommorrow" even though I had no pills left for that day or the next because the doctor made a mistake with my prescription.

Did this idiot realize what can happen when a psychiatric patient such as myself doesn't have his pills?!

I'm sure she did but just didn't care.
