This is a prime example of religion at it's worst. This is the exact shit I was taught and shown over and over as a kid.
It's nothing short of child abuse to show this to kids and young adults. Who the hell do they think they are to preach such emotional guilt to kids who don't know any better? I was about 6 or 7 when I was shown "Burning Hell" in Sunday school. It was a very graphic depiction of a decapitated motorcycle rider that goes to hell and suffers unimaginable pain and torture. And again, it was his friend that did not tell him about Jesus when he had the chance, and that caused him to "burn" in hell for all of eternity. How the hell do you think that effected me at the time? Up until that point my world was without visions of death and suffering. Living in a christian home we were never exposed to anything above a "G" rating. It fucked my mind up good... I was scared to death of burning in hell, I would do/believe anything not to go there.
This is the crap used by Christians to keep you in line. To make you go out and do their bidding, recruit more drones for the church.
A god would never punish one of his creations with such unimaginable pain and suffering for all of eternity because his friend didn't take 5 minutes of his time to talk to him about Jesus.
There is no one here that can wrap their mind around what an eternity actually means. And if you think you do, then you haven't really thought in depth about it...
