I need some help from someone good with a computer. This might be a stupid question, i dont know. Im having trouble with java runtime environment, i was trying to play runescape and it said i needed to install it, so i tried and when the bar fully loaded and installation was about to begin a error message pops up and says " this installation package could not be opened verify that the package exists and that you can access it. or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package." what do i do? how do i fix this? please some one help me by posting here or messaging me. thanks!

Indeed, if it's not a legit copy of windows then you will get these problems. we had a fake windows on our old computer and it had no Java on it at all and wouldn't let you load any java on it ether.
