I need A/C

I'll probably regret this but to clarify...

My utilities are included but since my parents own the building, they have a say in wtf goes in up here and since they pay the utilities an a/C is a no go... Cuz Jeff thinks id run it 24/7.

thats a little clearer I guess, the first way you worded it was way wrong, it made it sound like you running the air would make the bill go up, but we really couldnt see any relevance to that comment because you stated your rent and utilites are fixed.
Maybe if you talked to them and were willing to chip in a few more bucks so you can have a window or portable air conditioner they may consider letting you have one. Just a suggestion though, maybe you are not willing to chip in a few more bucks and would rather just complain about it.
