I love this tree.

Every year...just blooms overnight. One night its slightly green. Then overnight it blooms. The flowers are goregous

That sounds very similar then to blossom trees although it doesn't much look like the type we have over here. Perhaps it is but just a variety I've not seen before given its weeping nature.

A bit of googling shows a wisteria trained as a tree and white cherry tree (inedible fruit) looking similar but no idea on the blossoms timeline of those two.

Thats it...I think it is a white cherry tree. I could be wrong about the time too. THough just as it blossoms overnight. You wake up one day and its all gone. lol

Its just kinda always startling even though you know its coming...ya never know when. I wait for it every year for the past 6 years lol

For some reason we don't have too many flowering trees - at least not that extent

the closes we come is the crab apple, and those aren't all that pretty.
