Verizon, One communications, Indigital (sometimes)... I just hate them.
I had a system install this morning. It would be DONE today, but I had no dialtone. I get into the phone room in the building and there are no numbers marked, no sign that One comm. had been out.
So I call them.
"There was an address discrepency so we had no way of getting Verizon out there to install the lines"
huh? Well, fuckers, you know our number. Call us. Hell, you provide the lines to the company that is moving... so you know their numbers.
CALL SOMEONE. They were supposed to be out yesterday.
Now we have to wait until Monday, but they can never give us any specific time. "Between 8 and 5!"
