lol not by a long shot. My chest needs alot of work. My stomach is still needing TONS of work. My legs are great, I'll throw some of those up after breakfast. My back needs work. lol But this is just 4 and a half months. Only 2 of which spent actually building muscle.

Sorry, my camera is shit.

The first is the thigh, you cant really see the deffinition, but there is some and its rock hard on the front, the hamstring still needs some work, but I can feel deffinate improvement.

The second is the calf. My calfs have always been ripped. lol I guess trucking around 265 lbs for that many years will do that.
