Cyber, seriously... it's not worth getting all bent out of shape over it. Look at the insults and shit I've gotten, and gotten bent out of shape over. In the end, I realized its myself that needs to change. Don't get mad, just laugh it off. Later on you'll realize it actually is hilarious. I was dishing but I couldn't take it back on some instances, all it did was raise my stress level and helped me to pull a muscle (again... and again).

I've had my fair share of insults flung at me, but at the end of the day...
