I have bowled once a week for a while.
I have started doing a little dumb bell work.
I broke out my bike and pumped the tires and rode t about 1/2 hour the other day.
Tonight I played tennis almost two hours.

I have to check and see how the tires are on my bike id like to go ride before we actually get our first snow fall. The last time I rode it wasnt pretty. I was tired going a quarter mile.
