Serves him right for driving like an idiot... the boy is 17 years old and has 3 previous warnings for speeding already.

It might teach the guy a lesson.

I think its 4 speeding tickets you would lose your license for. However, if you were caught driving at over 100mph you would automatically lose it regardless of whether you had points on your license or not.

Maximum speed limits are 70mph on motorways and duel carriageways and 60mph on single carriageways. In built up areas its 30mph.
