My daughter was doing a report for school about 5 years ago and had to interview somebody. This guy brought his kid to the local roller rink almost every Saturday. My wife had made an offhand comment that she thought the guy was a roadie with the Alice Cooper back in the 70's

So she does the interview and I made a couple of comments to the guy about touring and nothing more was said.

After he leaves she then said he played guitar and he used a stage name. So the name I was familiar with did not mean anything. I would have embarrassed myself if I had know who he was.

It was Steve Hunter. Anybody familiar with Cooper in the mid 70's and Lou Reeds live album would know this guy. He and Dick Wager played for both. And their intro on the Reed album is one of the greatest guitar solos of all time.
