How's the temp by you?

So I work outside at Home Depot and it hit 101 by me. With no shade and the free crappy water they give us it was a hell of a day and tomorrows high is suppose to be 103......UGH!!!
How is the heat wave hitting you guys. Trust me after a 9 hr shift in that unforgiving sun, it's kicking my ass.

I feel terrible that you have to be OUTSIDE.

For the most part, my boyfriend and I are holed up inside, but the heat gets trapped inside and just sort of settles excrutiatingly. For a few hours a day I get to be in a blissfully air conditioned hospital, painting a mural in the MRI office.

Honestly, if I could create a super cool-suit, I would send it to you so that you would be like ICE.

I feel sorry for all of you northerners because you really aren't used to those kinds of temperatures. In Mississippi where I am originally from we are used to temperatures like that. High humidity though... gotta have my humidity. But heaven forbid we ever have a winter like ya'll do up there. Oh my gosh... Ya'll can keep that shit.

Oh, and it is in the 90's here in Spain. No heat wave though. It's always this hot here in the summer. Only 65% humidity though. I just checked the weather in my hometown of Vicksburg, Ms and the humidity levels are in the upper 90%'s. Now that's more like it!

it's not going to get higher then mid 80's at all for the rest of the summer around here. I had a 3 or 5 day stint of 100's type weather but the valley in oregon is more known for it's rain...not hot weather.
