In my daily life, I manage stress by utilizing my patience and skills. When faced with stressful situations, my first instinct is to avoid reacting in an emergency manner. Instead, I take a step back and reflect on the situation. This allows me to approach the situation with a clear mind and come up with an effective plan to manage it. Through this approach, I have been successful in handling many stressful situations and feel confident in my ability to handle whatever comes my way.

can I come to the lunch or tea time? when i feel stressful i will watch sitcom to release the stress or simply just sleep

Same here I don't take any fast decision I will step back and reflect on the situation to enable me approach the situation with a clear mind

Stress is a normal human experience; the key is managing it effectively. Breaks from my routine are proven stress relievers for me. My well-being is a priority, so I make time for things like going to the beach, power naps, and great movies or TV series. I also avoid toxic people. Hehe

I go out and have fun. I can also have friends around and play games with them. I enjoy myself, so I do not even have much time to feel particularly sad about anything.

It depends precisely on the situation you are going through, the solutions are different, many of the things that work for me are smoking marijuana, playing video games, having sex, going to massage therapists, etc. Also buying things that I like, or buying sweets that I like, sometimes chocolate and some energizer relaxes me quite a bit.
