go to imageShack.com - Your Photo and Imaging Portal and upload your picture

then copy the link ( i think its the middle link)

Press the picture link, then paste the link in the designated area.

You can use whichever free hosting site you want to, Vs was just suggesting one of the hundreds that are out there.
