how to enable disabled chat sites

not exactly related to software i guess but here is the only place i can post my thread

i cannot log in to any chat rooms as its blocked at my workplace
sites
how can i enable those blocked chats???????????????
plsss help
urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also various messengers like msn and yahoo are also blocked and alternate proxy sites like meebo also doesnt work
pls suggest a solution
