I want one, but I don't wanna pay for one. I really don't know how popular it will be, I know people talk about it being cool, but will they really fork over the cash for it? As far as the internet goes, it's AT&T/Cingular, my cousin had Cingular and you could get internet on it for like an extra $5.00 a month, so that'd be nice.

i was never happy when i had att/cingular... if they had it through verizon... i might have gotten one

This is first generation, which means it's going to have the most problems. They'll work out all the kinks in 2.0, but for now, it's not worth it. I'll let all the early adopters figure out what's wrong with it, and Apple fix it.

And the AT&T internet, from what I understand, is miserably slow, and it's intentionally made that way.

But whatever, Apple fans will buy it, and hopefully in large enough numbers that it actually gets to the second generation. Then I'll think hard about it.
