Nature walks soothe depressive thoughts with fresh air and greenery. Aim for 15 minutes daily in a park or forest. It lowers cortisol, lifting spirits. Step outside to reconnect with the world and find calm naturally.

I walk, I enjoy walking. I have been walking for many years. It not only helps you physically but also helps with your mental health. Some the best ideas I ever had were conceived during my walk

I find nature walks fight depressive thoughts by boosting serotonin, like strolling through my local park’s greenery. The fresh air and birdsong, heard during a quiet trail hike, calm my mind. Studies show 20 minutes outdoors reduces cortisol, and I feel lighter after reflecting on a bench by the lake, grounding me and easing negativity.
