How much "stuff" do you have?

I watched a program about how to deal with excess clutter. Not sure the name of it.

They had a great idea. Take pictures of the things that you really really don't need and then get rid of the stuff. Sell it.... donate it.... whatever.

Then you can look at the pictures when you start missing the stuff. :)

Oh! And for those that save things from people that have died.... Put it in perspective. The things are NOT the person. Take a picture and get rid of the stuff.
 
Somewhere in between. My house is a mess, and I personally don't have a ton of stuff (two desks, a bed, a crib, two dressers, a loveseat, part of a sectional, and a TV.) but my daughter has inherited a ton of toys, and we just don't have the space to store them...they're strewn all over the place. Plus, my closet is full of laundry because I hate hanging laundry. Takes forever, and my closet gets really hot really fast..lol
 
oh i have to come back and say this....

my sons room on the other hand!? :willy_nilly: well, right now its clean, but give it a week and its like the toys multiply. he's 5 1/2 and can clean it himself, but im a bit OCD about organization and where/how the toys are put up. i try to orginize his toybox for crying out loud! LoL i save his room for my mad/angry days. im a cleaning freak if im in a bad mood!
 
How much stuff do I have?

I'm not sure. I have my speakers\amp\cd player etc, then computer and laptop, then ps3 and tv (which also serves as my monitor, and my speakers and amp serve for my computer as well) and then I have 3 guitars.

If I had to fit them all in one room, I'd be fucked, but I don't, so it's not too bad.
 
I don't have toooo much stuff, seeing as I flat and keep all of my things in my room I'm pretty good. I had my own house in NZ and it also never got totally over run with junk but I always seem to collect a ridiculous amount of random papers!
