Lifestyle, mindset, and habits matter, but so do social conditions and opportunities. Where should responsibility lie, and how can both factors be addressed?

I see mental health as a mix of personal responsibility and social environment. Personal habits like sleep, exercise, coping skills, and seeking support play a big role, but social factors like family, community, work stress, and systemic inequality also shape wellbeing.

I think mental health is more of a personal responsibility. Well, the social environment affects your mental health but it is your responsibility to make yourself safe.
