How much are you addicted to your smartphone?

I will rate myself 8 out of 10. I am too much addicted as the last thing I do in night is too watch few reels and first thing in the morning I check if there is any new message. I cannot live without phone for few minutes. What about you? Are you addicted to your phone?

null, because sometimes my friends are busy and they don't usually respond to me for hours so I don't even take it to my cell phone or at most I start playing a retro game on some emulator, but if not that's why I don't usually use it constantly

I’d say I’m moderately attached to my smartphone. I use it a lot for social media, news, and apps, but I try to set limits and take breaks to avoid feeling overly dependent.

Well, I use my smartphone too much, maybe 3-4 hours every day but I am not addicted. I use my phone for work related communications as well as research

I spend spend up to five hours on my smartphones everyday. Ironically, the remaining hours of the day, I spend on my PC.

I am not addicted but I use it a lot from necessary communication to entertainment through social media and learning as well

Since I am a fashion designer, I don't get to spend much time on my smartphone in the day time except to check emails. I only get to use my phone in the evenings. That's around five hours usage of phone in every 24 hours.
