couldn't understand a word they said, but by watching the videos it appears to be some form of milk like drink made from powerded products, water and various chemicals some of what looked like shampoo. Almost seems like a non-dairy creamer or something.

Yep, they make 'milk' , adulterated one of course, form a spoonful of shampoo, salad oil and a pinch of milk.

They say it curds, creams up as well as can be made into toffee..
Such corrupt practices are common in India as well as Pakistan,

Kinda gross xD
Then again, there are a lot of people I know who once seen how milk is made here will never drink it again either xD
I don't mind :p

Yes,i it's gross indeed but more grossest acts are being committed by unscrupulous people here
by way of adulterating food products, medicines and many other things because of corrupt
functionaries of the state and lack of enforcement of laws.

I had been telling on the forum that as compared with India the rule of law is weaker in Pakistan
and almost no writ of the government in most areas where Taliban dominate.

you see it is the rule of law which teachers you manners and the way to live an organized life. Instead of FDA you must in fact appreciate how people in our part of the world happen to survive with all that corruption and evil practices.

I thank that the United States is advanced as such and not behind such as third countries.

I doubt if USFDA is totally reliable. I have heard about corruption in FDA as well.
Exporters have been reported to ship their foodstuff to alternate destinations in the US only because they know bad stuff will pass there.
No need for you to be so self-assured and happy. You are advanced in additive technology and make use of food additives in prepacked foodstuff. Here we buy live chicken, beef, and mutton etc ...and even milk comes directly from cows' udder!

If you can supply us your milk rich 'cows' plz feel free to contact me! We desperately need them for the 'purpose'!

It is usually the fda that finds improper ingredients when something is imported here then relays the message.
As far as our domestic food and processing its all legit ..bad food is pretty rare and not a matter of putting in the alternate ingredients but rather a refrigeration issue at the processing plant..still pretty rare however.
What happens is the engineers say you need x amount of tons of refrigeration. .they have no choice as they have to use the manual....this will work most of the time..but every few years the weather will be hotter than the design or there may be issues with some of the equipment..also some maintenance requires the equipment to be off for a period of time.
You have to design an area which needs refrigeration...but dont use it so you can use that extra capacity in the rest of the plant...so in effect the govt is the actual problem..as most want to design with about an extra 15 percent capacity..but the government says no.
