How Many Languages Do You Speak?

Hello OTz, today was a really busy day for me, opening my shop and attending several weddings. At one of the weddings I met my old friend, we had never seen each other for years I think. We talk about everything and suddenly I speak to her using "English", for your information, English is not my first language, so today my friend and I talked in English so I can talk about everything and we laughed so hard and also we make fun of each other. (it is a good way to make fun of each other using English and is not sound so rude, we think so).

Back to languages, how many languages do you speak? how did you learn that? Me, I speak 5 languages (Indonesian, Minang, English, Sundanese, and Malay)

I speak two major. languages namely English and Filipino. I also speak 2 Filipino dialects.

me too, right now I do not have time to learn a new language but I wish I could learn some more but I do realize that I can not do it now

Raised in English, learned French, German, and Spanish at school in the 1970's. The Common Market was going to be huge, and we would regret not being fully immersed. Fell madly in lust aged 23, and moved to New Zealand. Never got to use much other than English there.

Hi RicAngelo, Greek is one of the ancient languages in the world. The Holy Gospel is written in Greek. You could try to learn Greek if you wish.
