One, and I can't believe the manner or reason I got banned for. I just had a disagreement with a few users, it escalated into a right farce, I wanted the thread to be closed and the mods turned on me and banned me :ninja

For perspective, calling it a "fight" would be like you sincerely thinking that the world was flat and providing evidence by geologist backing your claim. Heck, I even called the "geologist" in question to understand why my line of thinking that the world was round was incorrect.

That said, if you're well liked and popular on a forum, perhaps people aren't going to disagree with you.

I come from, and still belong to, the forum which Joe and rback speak of. There is "The One" with whom you do not mess with. She is not a mod or the admin, just The Queen Bee of the forum. Should a hapless lass join and gain popularity, The Queen comes at her like a cat. Stealthy, sneaky, finally, outright attacking while protected by the staff. I drew their ire yesterday! :p when I commented on the avatar of a relatively new female member.

I don't usually post there.

I'm a good girl and I've never been banned....

Ok so I am only a member here and one other forum on which I barely post anymore and only joined forums 2.5 yrs ago and started posting just over a yr ago...besides the point.

I've never been banned, only warned. I'm pretty sure I haven't been infracted, because based on what I've read about that new oil drilling process, I think that means getting an enema. :eek
