CBT is widely used to treat anxiety, depression, and OCD. Studies show it changes negative thought patterns, but some patients see limited results. Have you tried CBT, and did it truly help you manage your mental health?

I do not have any kind of clinical mental health issues, so I haven't taken CBT, however, I now a few people and they say CBT along with medication actually helps
