pain is one of the most common issues in adults. There could be many reasons behind why you experience pain in your body. While there are pain killers, it is not good to rely on medicines for managing pain. But how do you manage pain without medication? Along with eating anti-inflammatory foods, practicing breathing exercises can help manage pain. Deep breathing maximizes oxygen intake, which supports overall health and can reduce inflammation. Most times, I do manage pain without medication by taking enough rest and also eating good food and fruits to boost my overall health, regular exercises preferably yoga may also help in this case. Depending on the type of pain, we don't necessarily need to take drug in every cases.

I manage pain naturally through techniques like deep breathing, gentle stretching, and applying heat or cold packs. Meditation help shift focus away from discomfort. I also find light movement or walking eases stiffness and promotes healing without relying on medication.
