I usually download for free, and if I really liked it, I'd buy it on CD.

I use playlist.com to death when I'm on the home puter and if I don't get sick of the song after a gazillion (that's a number) listens, then I may pay to download it to my itunes

I like to support the artists who make the music and so buy the cd's besides id rather have a phsical music collection thana pirated soft copy of them.

I used to do the napster thing years ago, but the fad of making my own CD's and crap wore off... I can't be bothered to do it and I didn't like seeing all the music shops shutting down with people losing their jobs, so I think its worth paying the 15 bucks for a CD even if there is only one song on it that i may enjoy.:nod:

My brother d/ls and burns audio DVDs for me. He got me a 4 gig sony MP3 player for xmas. Oh yeah -- gotta have music.

I get the CD's from my fav artists or else get something which someone with similiar taste reccomended. I download for free sometimes but I don't use it for anything else other than my Ipod. I also buy an iTunes card and pay for a song which is hard to find anywhere else.
