High cholesterol can be a result of a lot of factors such as eating saturated fats too much, eating, old age, diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, or lack of physical activity. It can even go up when you fasting too long. When cholesterol increases, so does your risk for heart disease. Therefore, it is very important to control cholesterol. How are you doing it.

I control cholesterol by eating heart-healthy foods like oats, nuts, and fish, staying active, and avoiding excessive saturated fats. Regular check-ups and managing stress also help keep levels in check for overall well-being.

I control cholesterol by eating more fiber-rich foods like oats, fruits, and legumes, and cutting back on saturated fats. Regular exercise and staying active daily also help. I get my levels checked yearly to stay on track and adjust if needed.

The very first thing people should do is avoid unhealthy and oily foods. Fast foods should be avoided at all cost. If you cannot avoid it, then reduce it's consumption. This will certainly help you to lower down your cholesterol levels.
