I’m learning that limits aren’t about holding myself back but protecting my energy. It’s not always easy to recognize when I’m doing too much. How do you set personal or professional limits without feeling restricted?

I know my limits, therefore, I do not have to set my limit frequently. Knowing your limits can help you understand whether you can do something or not, or whether you can become successful with something or not.

I approach setting limits by first identifying what drains my energy or focus, then clearly defining boundaries around those areas. I prioritize essential tasks, say no to unnecessary commitments, and regularly reassess to make sure limits still serve my well-being and goals.
