There is always the whole pissing people off and getting banned. But even that doesnt get rid of your profile. It just makes it so you cant come back.

But I dont think you want to leave on those terms.

Don't delete your account. You may want to come back someday. And besides, if a friend wants to reminisce and go back through your old posts, they won't be able to if you're deleted. If you decide this isn't the place for you, just change your profile so you can't be followed and go.

Seriously, I've been on forums where you can delete your account, it all gets rather silly. People keep doing it by accident when the're drunk or in the heat of the moment when the've had a paddy with someone, then when they sign up the next day the've lost all their rep and posts and makes the forum get rather confusing.

As far as I can tell (and being a nOOb, that ain't far), you can only see the last 100 posts from a member (or is that just a noob restriction?)
