I make my mornings less stressful by preparing the night before, laying out clothes, meal prepping, and making a to-do list. I also avoid rushing by waking up a bit earlier, which helps me start the day feeling more organized and focused.

I guess overthinking less, starting by doing something that makes you feel better, whether it's eating something you like or listening to music you like or watching a series you like, at least that's what I usually do, but if it's more productive it has to be starting with a routine of things that you know you need to do to improve.
