Immigration and Customs officers say they stopped 62 year old Earl Venton Buchanan at the Mexico border last week. Buchanan allegedly had a 5 year old child in his lap. Investigators say they also found a videotape in his car of the man having sex with children. Investigators say it appeared the children were sedated. :wtf That pisses me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Buchanan owned a home in California and one in Hot Springs on Lake Hamilton.
According to an affidavit one victim claims he was taken to Arkansas and assaulted.
Garland county deputies tell KARK they assisted with a search warrant on the Hot Springs property, but nothing was seized from that home.
