Thats the damn word! My husband has been telling me all day that there is something in turkey that starts with the letter "T" that is suppose to make you sleepy. We have been trying to figure that word out all stinkin day! Good grief!

Don't have thanksgiving here. Never mind not long till Christmas when I'll cook up the largest turkey I can get my hands on. One year I got a 30 pounder. We must have been living on it for about a week!

I don't really know either. What people think about Americans never made me like them less. they are, (despite Bush ) probably, my favorite people in the world.
I even wished happy Thanksgiving day to my friends who thought I was crazy, LOL

Yeah, on December 6th, I always wish people here a Happy Dia de la Constitucion! They laugh because they think I'm talking funny!! HE HE!

Well, you have an All Saint's Day on Nov 1st like we do. There isn't any celebrations on that day? Or do you guys go to cemetaries like some people do?

Exactly, we just go to cementeries (Yuhuu!! )

Alot of the kids trick or treating at my house after 8 pm were high school kids. I said to this one girl that she was too old to be trick or treating and she just said, "NO I'M NOT!!" All she had on was a Merlin the Magician hat........well, she also had on street clothes, jeans, shirt, sweatshirt. But come on, look like someone, not just yourself with a hat on!:tongue:

LMAO!! I'd probably want to trick or treat now too.. never did it and when I was a kid I thought nothing could be cooler, LOL
