This is what is protecting those pesky Canadian terrorists from entering the USA. I found this at the end of a road just a few miles from my house while on my coffee drive this morning.

I was too lazy to get out of my car. Besides, it was raining.

If you look real close you'll see they planted a pile of blackberry bushes. It seems they don't want their citizens to escape so there really isn't any need for us to spend any cash.
