Pros:

It's in New Haven, 5 minute commute to and from work.
It's a 3 bedroom, technically two and a 'computer room'
Closets gallore
Spacious and fenced in backyard with a 3' deep fish pond.
Single backyard tree
Single car garage unattached.
FIOS ready
All appliances are < 2 years old.
The house was stripped and redone 4 years ago by the previous to the current owners.
3 car driveway with side step for an extra car.
The owners are in no hurry to sell, they're waiting to sell before moving and building their own house.
attic entrance in the hallway

Cons:

Asking price of $82,500 dollars.
Single bathroom.
I still have four months on this lease.
Not sure I want Matt to go with me... haha

The house was built in the 50s, but as I said it was stripped and redone a few years back. It's like new.

I need to find out the square footage.

I got bored and drew a general sketch. Nothing is to scale... at all.

Here's the house layout (generally, I didn't go in the bathroom and see how it was laid out.)

And here's the yard layout. It's fenced in all the way through the backyard.

I really want this house, it's super clean and super nice. They have two cats and you can't smell them at all, so you know they keep it clean. The current owners are friends of Gregs, and the guy also works at the county jail with him.

The funny thing is, that neighbors house is Gregs ex-fiancee's parents' house. lol

cant have enough closets to store those car parts. :D

and for, i think 82.5k... nice.

and if you can, get your ass a house. it will be a good investment in the future.

plus, if you live there with an understanding roommate - heh, he/she 'll understand when you bring a "friend" over :)

Matt showed interest in going in with, and BDN showed interest in corenting it. I'm kinda tired of Matt... cause he sucks at remembering shit... plus with him and his girlfriend, Brians possible two cars, my car and my work truck, that would make 6 cars gathering around my place.

haha NJ and New England is expensive to live. I get it. I hear about it all the time from Hondaswap members. lol

I live in Indiana, our cost of living is 7 points below the national average. This is average for my area.
