After Ryan Seacrest's new contract, Paula doesn't seem able to negotiate a new one for herself.

Personally, I think it's long past time for her to go. It's embarrassing to watch her.

I barely watched this last year. It was just painful for me. I agree with your assessment though.

I think she is chemically/liquidly impaired most of the time and that is why she can't get out a complete or coherent sentence.

And yeah, she is too encouraging. She knows what it takes to get ahead in the industry. She needs to give honest advice rather than cheerlead.
