HIIT maximizes calorie burn in less time, while steady cardio builds endurance. Both benefit heart health. Which do you prefer for fitness goals? Why?

I prefer HIIT for its efficiency and fat-burning, fitting quick, intense bursts into my routine. Steady cardio is great for endurance and recovery. Both have benefits, so mixing them suits different fitness goals and keeps workouts balanced.

That’s a smart approach. HIIT gives fast, powerful results in less time, while steady cardio supports heart health and stamina. I also mix both depending on my mood or schedule, it keeps things interesting and helps avoid hitting a fitness plateau.

I don't think HIIT is better than cardio or vice versa. What actually matters is how you do it and how your body adapts to these exercise routines.
