The exact same thing happend at NASA Langley a couple years ago.
Some fricckin Rocket scientist left his child in the backseat. He forgot to take him to the day care.

I was just watching the news and in the town next to the one I live in, this man left his 6 month old in his carseat in the middle of the road! What goes thru these peoples heads that makes them have no feelings for children that it doesnt bother them if the kids get hurt!
