If you looked into my eyes what would you see?
An empty shell surrounded by only me.
Care to take a chance and help me find
A happy place inside a better piece of mind.

Searching always to never find.
Someone who understands me.
Someone who isnt scared or disgusted of what my life hides.

So walking through this world alone.
Always searching for the one to welcome me home.

Im tired now and I feel trapped.
Looking at the world, gazing out from behind the glass.
I miss the freedom I feel as though ive never had.
Slipping back into something...
back into someplace i feel as though i know.

Safety...security...love...respect
one day maybe...hope

the dreams come again.
sifting through memories.
So many times the same mistakes
a different name a different person
always the same type.

A room with no doors or windows...
no way out
